KORIN DESIGN Warranty & Refund Policy

Your experience with KORIN DESIGN Products is something we hold dear. You can exchange a new product under our Lifetime Warranty by following the Terms & Conditions below.

We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once we provide the tracking number for your shipment, refunds will no longer be supported. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request to return it within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us via support@korin-design.com should you need to activate the return policy.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.

To ensure the product is protected during transit and to prevent damage, all returns must be shipped using our designated carriers, typically UPS or FedEx. Returns sent via unapproved methods may be rejected.

The original outbound shipping fee we paid to ship the order to you is non-refundable.

A refund will be processed only after we receive the returned product and confirm it is in its original, undamaged, and resalable condition.

We do not accept any form of "refund without return." The item must be sent back to us before any refund can be issued.

Meanwhile, all of your feedback and suggestions will be recorded and forwarded to the QI team for product improvement.

If any item is missing from your order, please feel free to contact us via email ASAP. We take full responsibility for the complete delivery of your package; therefore, we will cover all the extra costs for the shipment.

Terms & Conditions

Item(s) must be purchased from korin-design.com or our Kickstarter campaign.

Korin Design product warranty is for a Lifetime period after acceptance.

Warranty Policy will and only be activated if the item(s) is received with unintentional damages or industrial flaws (non-customeral flaws). We will replace the product with a new one under these conditions.

Troubleshooting may be required during the request process.

Refund must be made before the FULFILLED status is noted. The Transaction fee which is 5% per order is non-refundable.

Exchange Process

The request must be made according to Terms & Conditions.

Recipientʼs Delivery Address will be reaffirmed before the shipment.

Exchange process will only get started with your case being recorded.
