Our Commitment to Quality

We stand behind every KORIN DESIGN product with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty applies to eligible products purchased from korin-design.com or through an official KORIN DESIGN Kickstarter campaign.

What the Warranty Covers

Our Lifetime Limited Warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects and functional failures arising during normal intended use.

During the First Year After Delivery: Free Replacement

If an eligible manufacturing defect or non-user-caused functional failure occurs within the first year after delivery, KORIN DESIGN will provide a replacement product free of charge.

• Unless KORIN DESIGN specifically requests the original product to be returned, you do not need to send the defective product back.
• KORIN DESIGN will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.
• If the original model or color is no longer available, we may offer a reasonably comparable replacement.

After the First Year: Free Repair

After the first year, if an eligible manufacturing defect or non-user-caused functional failure occurs, KORIN DESIGN will provide repair service free of charge where repair is reasonably possible.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the repair location designated by KORIN DESIGN.
• KORIN DESIGN will cover the cost of shipping the repaired product back to the customer.
• If the product cannot reasonably be repaired, KORIN DESIGN will review the case and may offer an alternative solution at its discretion.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover cosmetic or surface wear, scratches, scuffs, fading, discoloration, peeling, fabric or coating deterioration caused by age or normal use, or other normal wear and tear.

It also does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, overloading, improper care or storage, exposure to unsuitable conditions, loss or theft, unauthorized modification or repair, or damage caused by failure to follow product instructions.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please email support@korin-design.com with your order information and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Proof of purchase and troubleshooting may be required.

KORIN DESIGN will review the submitted information to determine whether the issue qualifies for replacement or repair. Your delivery address will be confirmed before a replacement or repaired product is shipped, and warranty service begins only after your case has been reviewed and recorded by our support team.

This warranty does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
